This drawing I made of my (now ex) husband is the artwork I'm most proud of.

My friend Hrothgar has a sketchbook in which he collects portraits of himself. Here's a time series of a portrait I drew in his book, and the reference photo I used. You can see more about his portrait project here.

I hurt my dominant (left) hand but wanted to keep doing calligraphy. Result: ambidextrous calligraphy!

For a hero-themed party I was the tugboat that freed the Ever Given from the canal. I painted a container ship toy to look like the Ever Given, put it on wheels, and dragged it behind me on a little leash all night. I made my tugboat costume out of cardboard and felt.

For a secrets-and-keys themed party, I carried a locked box, and had 51 keys attached around the bottom of my dress, only one of which opens the box. Party goers could pick a key to try, and if it opened the box they could have one of the secret prizes inside.

I was the photic sneeze reflex for a costume party.
The dress is made of parts of two dresses I sewed together.
I superglued my fingers together while glueing
                     kleenex to the crown.
